Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to keeping this website usable for everyone, and how to tell us when it is not.
Mountain Medical Spa wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, need larger text, or prefer reduced motion.
What we’ve done
- Text and background colors are checked against WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios.
- Every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and the focus outline is always visible.
- A skip link lets keyboard and screen-reader users jump straight to the main content.
- Images carry descriptive alternative text, and purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Forms have real labels, and errors are announced instead of only shown in color.
- Animation is switched off automatically for anyone whose device requests reduced motion.
- Headings follow a logical order so the page can be navigated by structure.
Where we know we fall short
Some content on this site comes from third parties, including our embedded map and our financing partner’s payment calculator. We don’t control their code and can’t guarantee it meets the same standard. If one of those blocks you from doing something, call us and we’ll do it with you over the phone.
Tell us when something doesn’t work
This is the part we mean most. If any page here is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to hear about it, and a small complaint early is far more use to us than silence. Call 575-200-1915 or write to us at 1214 Mechem Dr Suite A, Ruidoso, NM 88345. Tell us the page and what happened, and we’ll fix it and confirm back to you.
We also offer the same information and booking by phone during business hours: Tuesday through Friday 8am to 4pm, Saturday 8am to noon.
