By using this website you agree to what follows. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
This website isn’t medical advice
Everything here is general education. It doesn’t create a provider-patient relationship, it isn’t a diagnosis, and it isn’t a substitute for an in-person consultation. Candidacy, risks, benefits, recovery, and expected results vary from person to person and are determined by a qualified provider who has examined you.

Appointments
Booking requests submitted through this site are requests, not confirmed appointments. Your appointment exists once we’ve confirmed it with you directly.
Booking an appointment means we have reserved that time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel less than 24 hours before it is due to take place, there is a $25 charge. To avoid it, give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancelling or rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice costs nothing. Call us — a voicemail left before we open counts.
- Consultations are free. The cancellation policy still applies to them, because the time was still held for you.
- If you are unwell, tell us. Treating somebody who should not be treated that day is a worse outcome than an empty slot, and we use judgement about illness, weather and genuine emergencies.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site are estimates and starting points. Your actual cost depends on the plan agreed at your consultation and may change without notice. Promotional offers are subject to their stated dates and conditions.
Results
Individual results vary. Photographs, testimonials, and descriptions of outcomes reflect the experience of specific individuals and aren’t a promise of what will happen for you.
Content and trademarks
The text, photographs, and design on this site belong to Mountain Medical Spa unless stated otherwise. Please don’t reproduce them without permission.
Other websites
We link to other sites, including our booking and financing partners. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Mountain Medical Spa isn’t liable for damages arising from your use of it.
