They decide what it becomes
It is a balance, not a booking. They come in, talk to a provider about what actually suits them, and spend it on that.
The terms, in full
- They do not expire. New Mexico law would give us five years; we would rather not have a clock on it at all.
- No fees, ever. Nothing is deducted for buying one, holding one, or replacing one you lost.
- Spend it on anything: treatments, consultations, skincare, or part of a larger plan. Balances carry forward.
- It is a dollar amount and not a named treatment, on purpose. Whether a treatment suits someone is decided at their consultation, and we are not willing to promise a procedure to a person we have not met.
- Not redeemable for cash except where New Mexico law requires it, and not transferable back into cash by us.
