Good skin is a habit more than an event. Membership is built for the people who already know that.
Most of the results we’re proud of didn’t come from one dramatic appointment. They came from someone showing up a few times a year for several years, adjusting as the seasons and their skin changed. Membership is simply the version of that arrangement where the pricing makes sense and the appointments are already on the calendar.
What members get
- Monthly treatment credit that accrues and can be spent on any service or product on our menu.
- Member pricing on the treatments you use most, including injectables and laser series.
- Priority booking, and it matters more than it sounds like it does. October and November fill early, and members get first call on those slots.
- A standing seasonal check-in, so somebody is watching how your skin handles the shift from monsoon summer to hard winter.
- Invitations to member events and first notice on seasonal offers.
How the credit works
Your monthly amount accumulates whether or not you come in, and it doesn’t vanish if you skip a month. Save it up for a laser series in the fall, or spend it as you go on facials through the summer. If you decide membership isn’t for you, unused credit stays yours to spend on treatments and product.
Is it worth it?
Honestly, it depends on how often you come in. If you’re here once a year for a single treatment, pay as you go and skip this page. If you’re doing maintenance injectables, a seasonal laser series, or regular facials, the math usually works out in your favor. Ask us to run your actual numbers at your next visit instead of guessing.
The terms, plainly
- Month to month. No year-long contract. Tell us you’re done and the next draft doesn’t happen.
- Credit rolls over three months. Skip a summer and it’s still there in September when laser season starts.
- Unused credit stays yours. If you cancel, you spend what you’ve banked on treatments or product. We don’t keep it.
- You can pause. Travel, surgery, a bad month — tell us and we’ll hold the draft instead of making you cancel and rejoin.
- Membership pays for care. It doesn’t prescribe it. Anything medical still depends on your consultation and your labs. Paying for a tier has never made someone a candidate for something that isn’t right for them.
Membership and rewards are different things
Membership is ours. The rewards programs are run by the companies that make the products — Allergan, Merz, Evolus — and they’re free whether or not you’re a member. They also stack: a member getting Xeomin earns Xperience+ points on the same visit the member credit pays for. Most people are enrolled in none of them, so we wrote the whole thing out.
