Facials & Skin Treatments
Organic facials, dermaplaning, and microneedling, built for skin that lives in dry mountain air.
Overview
Five treatments in this category, and which one suits you depends on your skin not on which name sounds best. The Moisturizing Organic Facial is our workhorse for dehydrated skin. The Velvet Touch Dermaplane Facial removes dead surface skin and fine vellus hair, which makes everything applied afterward work better. Radiant Renewal and the Glow Up Facial are corrective, aimed at tone and clarity. Microneedling is the one with real downtime and real collagen-building results.
A hotel facial is designed to feel wonderful for an hour. Ours are designed to change something, which occasionally means a treatment that’s less relaxing and more useful. It still feels good; it’s just doing a job. At 6,920 feet the job is usually rebuilding a barrier that dry air and wind have chewed up.
A great deal of what clients arrive calling “aging” turns out to be dehydration sitting on the surface. That’s the cheaper problem and the faster one to fix, and it’s worth ruling out before booking anything bigger. We would rather send you home with a moisturizer plan and see you in a month than sell you a laser you didn’t need.
Every four to six weeks while you’re correcting something, then seasonally once your skin is stable. Microneedling works as a short series with several weeks between sessions. You’ll know when you can start spacing them out.
Candidacy, risks, benefits, recovery, and expected results vary by individual and are determined during consultation. This page is educational and isn’t medical advice.
On the Menu
Which of these suits you is a conversation, not a checkbox. We sort that out at your consultation.
We look before we treat. What you came in asking for and what your skin actually needs are often different, and sorting that out — under proper light, with your history and medications on the table — is the consultation.
You are in a room set up for that one treatment, with the provider who planned it. Nothing gets wheeled in from elsewhere, and nobody is being treated in the next chair.
Before you book: how many sessions, what it costs, and how long you will look less than your best afterwards. After: written aftercare and a follow-up, usually at two weeks, to see the result and adjust.

Good to Know
Facials and skin treatments including microneedling and dermaplaning, injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRF and EZGel), laser treatments from hair reduction to Tetra CO2 CoolPeel resurfacing, hormone replacement pellet therapy, and vitamin and wellness therapies including IV infusions and NAD+. Each plan is built around what your skin and your labs actually show.
Yes, and it is not a formality. We need your health history and you need to know what you are agreeing to. The consultation runs about forty-five minutes and there is no obligation to book treatment at the end of it.
Every treatment is medically supervised. Nancy Walker is a board-certified nurse practitioner, and we use FDA-cleared devices and products. Safe does not mean risk-free, though, and part of the consultation is going through the actual risks for you specifically.
It depends entirely on the treatment. IV therapy, vitamin injections, and most injectables are lunch-hour appointments. Microneedling and laser resurfacing will leave you red and flaking for several days. We tell you which one you are signing up for in concrete terms before you book, not afterward.
October through March. Laser and light treatments work best on skin that is not tanned, and freshly treated skin is more sun-sensitive for a couple of weeks. At 6,920 feet, strong sun is most days of the year. If you ski, tell us and we will schedule between your trips.
A small bioidentical hormone pellet is placed under the skin and releases steadily over three to six months. We start with blood work, not with a pellet. If your labs and symptoms line up we will talk about it; if they point somewhere else we will tell you to see your physician.
Yes, through Cherry. Checking your options takes about a minute and uses a soft credit check, which does not affect your score. We make no lending decisions and never see your credit file.
